  2. Cancellation:
                          a) Without notice: penalties apply
                          b) 7 days advance notice: no penalty.
                              Also, your deposit could be used for another reservation date                               within 1 year.
                                                   i. In a 48 hours minimum notice: 100% credited
                                                   ii. ln a 7 to 48 hours notice: 20% credited
